In order to reach Thassos Island, using a boat is necessary. The two main ports that provide daily connection with the island are the Port of Kavala and the port of Keramoti. The duration of the trip on boat is 60 and 35 minutes accordingly. Take the Keramoti - Thasos ferry to Limenas Thassos. Take EO Thasou Limenarion to your destination.

By Bus

From the bus station of Thessaloniki you can take the bus to Kavala. From there, you should walk or take a taxi till the port of Kavala, and after that the Ferry to Skala Prinos. Schedules of the busses, run daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, and there is ferry connection 2-6 times/day depending on the period.
